Favicons

Using favicons for your website or web application is a nice and handy thing.

  1. Search the internet for a favicon generator
  2. Add your image and let it create you a bundle of favicons
  3. The HTML code usually comes with the bundle and looks somewhat like the following >
<link rel="apple-touch-icon" sizes="57x57" href="/images/favicons/apple-icon-57x57.png">
        <link rel="apple-touch-icon" sizes="60x60" href="/images/favicons/apple-icon-60x60.png">
        <link rel="apple-touch-icon" sizes="72x72" href="/images/favicons/apple-icon-72x72.png">
        <link rel="apple-touch-icon" sizes="76x76" href="/images/favicons/apple-icon-76x76.png">

Copy the code block you got with your favicons into the <head> tag of your HTML and upload the images and the manifest.json to the according path.
